We have been plenty of times. Plus, we believe that the step to digitalise service should be as easy as possible, with minimal financial, or personal efforts. That is why we built 4Service.

 

4Service is a Software solution for smart glasses, smartphones and tablets with the purpose of improving your communication with your team and customers by effectively exchanging information between service departments and operators. Ultimately, this often results in increased customer satisfaction, as well as decreased costs and maximized profits.

 
 

HOW IT WORKS

 

STEP 1

The operator experiences issues and registers a new service ticket, using a mobile device.

 

TICKET SYSTEM

Register new service tickets using your preferred device. Describe the case using images, videos, or other documents. Save and document the solution for future reference.

LIVE COMMUNICATION

HD-Video streaming with up to 50 participants in the same call. Recording function for “best-practice” examples. Remote support features like camera zooming, screen mirroring, document exchange, annotations and more. Send and receive text and audio messages.

EASY WORKFLOWS

Workflow builder to enhance your step-by-step instructions by using interactive programs deployable on every Android device.

DOCUMENT MANAGER

Online storage with multiple hierarchy levels including 10 GB storage per domain and a flexible folder structure.

4Service is originated from a cooperation between Nagel & IRS. It is a product that was developed and tested by managers, software engineers and process specialists at the same time. 

When Nagel started to digitialize their service department, they were looking for a practical, flexible and yet affordable solution. Now, after several discussions and lot of practical testing with internal, as well as external customers, we would like to introduce you to 4Service.
